Microsoft set an ultimatum for their bid on Yahoo! for the next three weeks. After that date, they say will propose the offer directly to the shareholders of Yahoo, going over the head(s) of the board. Microsoft is trying to steal Yahoo! from Yahoo! and embed it into their ever-growing monopoly on the IT Market.
If the succeed we cannot yet say, but if that does happen, it cannot be good for the user.
